We send Australian orders using; Australia Post Express eParcel

  • Express eParcel is an Australia Post business parcel system.

  • It is express, registered, insured and signature required delivery.

  • Your tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order has been posted.​

 

Choose carefully when selecting the box " Authority to Leave".

 

  • By doing so you hereby authorise when confirming for your parcel to be delivered to and left at your nominated shipping address without requiring a signature for the delivery that Vanessa Jewelry Pty Ltd will not replace or refund items which you do not receive if delivered without a signature. 

 

 

Registered Post International

We send international orders: Registered International Airmail "Registered Post"

  • Registered Post International Parcels offers an added security service for merchandise items, proof of posting, and a signature on a delivery.

  • Estimated delivery is within 3 to 10 business days between metropolitan areas of major cities.

  • Shipping can take up to 21 days during busy peak times.

  • We cannot guarantee exact delivery times as each countries customs department must clear parcels for delivery within the postal system.

  • Your tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped; please use this number to track delivery status and updates online at your country post offices.

 

Order Tracking 

When your order is shipped, we will send an email confirming your tracking number. Simply follow the link in the email to track the delivery of your eParcel delivery. Alternative you can track your delivery on the Australia Post Website

 

 

Signature on delivery

For security reason, a signature is required for all deliveries. Having said that, if you elect not to sign for your delivery we will not be held responsible for lost, undelivered or stolen parcels. 

 

Missed Delivery 

If you have not been able to sign for your delivery when the delivery arrives, an Australia Post collection card notice will be left at your address providing details of delivery or pick-up arrangements at your local Australia Post Office. 

 

 

Made to order and Custom products

  •  As a Jewellery Wholesaler,  our designs are made to order please allow 4-6 weeks for dispatch. If you are concerned about the delivery of your order for a special occasion please add a note into special requirements and contact us before purchasing to avoid disappointment. 

  • Please note that we take minimum order $3000 AUD

Dispatching your order

  • Once you have completed your order and your payment has been verified we will process and dispatch your order within 4-6 weeks.

  • We are committed to dispatching all orders promptly.

 

 

Return & Refund Policy

Our refund policy does not include:

  • Earrings - For hygiene reasons we cannot accept any returns to any style earrings

  • Products that have been purchased on Sale

  • neglect

  • wear & tear 

  • lost item

  • bent items 

  • accidental damage 

  • contact with a foreign substance which includes hand sanitiser,  soap, cleaning products , skin creams or perfume. scratches are not considered a manufacturing defect meaning it is not covered under warranty as they occur from everyday wear. Metal which are exposed to a foreign substance or an acidic skin types will discolour much faster if care is not taken. Discolouration and tarnish therefore is not covered under warranty. 

  • Tarnish occurs for many reasons and is subject to the environment of the wearer. Tarnish is not a manufacturing fault as it can be caused by many different things such as perfumes, moisturises, tanning lotions and cleaning chemicals. Every ones' skin acidity can cause metals to tarnish.
